According to the statistics of China Rubber Industry Association, in 2001, the total output of rubber additives in China was only 138000 tons. By the end of the tenth five year plan, that is, in 2005, the output increased to 298000 tons, 2.16 times that of 2001; By 2010, the total output will reach 701000 tons, more than five times that of 2001, accounting for more than 50% of the world and 30% of product exports. Among them, the output of antioxidant 4020, accelerator NS, scorch inhibitor CTP and silane coupling agent Si-69 is the first or the best in the world. In 2007, with the support of the Ministry of science and technology, the rubber additives industry established the national rubber additives engineering technology research center with Shandong Yanggu Huatai Chemical Co., Ltd. as the supporting unit, which built a platform for scientific and technological progress for the industry. Then, large and medium-sized enterprises have also established their own R & D centers and local provincial and municipal R & D centers to cultivate talent teams and improve innovation capabilities. ten years of new weather: adhere to green manufacturing

for example, secondary amine sulfosamide accelerants will produce nitrosamine carcinogenesis due to the automatic storage of experimental conditions and results in the processing process, which is very harmful to human body, mainly including nobs, DTBS, otos, etc. In the 1980s, the displacement sensor problem was eliminated from the German trgs5. Because the system of the universal tensile testing machine is a closed-loop system, 52 regulations and the U.S. Department of labor pointed out that the nitrosamine content in the rubber processing process, including the reserve area, should not exceed 2.5 μ G/m3 the European Union reach regulation in 2006 also clearly stipulates the content of nitrosamines. The primary amine accelerator NS (n-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazolesulfonamide) used to replace nobs has been rapidly developed by China's auxiliary enterprises. In 2001, the output of NS was less than 2000 tons, and in 2007, the output of NS reached 42200 tons, an increase of 20 times, 7.03 times that of nobs, meeting the requirements of industry development, and gradually exported to the world. At present, the project has been fully completed, and a 1000 ton production device for oxygen oxidation of accelerator NS has been built. Ns wastewater treatment and comprehensive utilization of water resources have passed the production technology appraisal, and remarkable environmental and economic benefits have been achieved. Insoluble sulfur with high thermal stability has been built into a production scale of 10000 tons and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. Pre dispersed rubber additives are a major transformation of the dosage form structure of rubber additives. The products have been sold in domestic and foreign markets and have a good development prospect. The implementation of the project for three years has laid a good foundation for the industrialization of cleaner production technology of rubber additives in China and the realization of self-sufficiency of rubber additives for radial tires in China
